Building a Brighter Future
We build things to last, which is why we established the Builders Association of the Sioux Empire Care Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit. Through the Foundation, we make the Sioux Empire a great place to call home. Our scholarships and Workforce Development Grants open up career possibilities for recipients. We also make homes more accessible through our Repair Affair community service initiative.
Making It Happen
You can join members in supporting the BASE Care Foundation with a direct donation or by attending a public fundraiser such as the Sioux Empire Parade of Homes™ Feature Homes.
Educational Programs
Hands-on-training is the best way to learn. We help schools in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area create and sustain building-related educational programs so that students enter the building industry with strong skills.
Scholarships & Grants
We help lower the cost of education and conference travel expenses for students enrolled in building-related areas of study. Along with trade scholarships, we also fund workforce development programming to create more industry career opportunities for students.
Repair Affair
Every year, during the Repair Affair community service initiative, our builders provide free accessibility repairs to applicants, including installation of grab bars, wheelchair ramps, and more.
